Pilates is a unique method of body conditioning developed and refined over the lifetime of Joseph H. Pilates.  Pilates unites the entire body with the mind and breath through a vast series of exercises cumulative, comprehensive.

This series of precise, controlled movements,  yields results within the deep structural muscles of the core.  The core includes the muscles of the torso in their entirety.   By balancing and strengthening the core, Pilates helps to rid the body of physical ailments and limitations.

Pilates exercises can be performed either on spring-based machines, or through a series of floor exercises.

The Pilates specialized equipment guide the body through movements using springs to create resistance and assistance. The equipment supports the body for better efficiency and control. Our thoroughly trained instructors adapt programs to each individual's needs.

The floor exercises simultaneously strengthen and stretch the entire body using gravity, body weight and strength. Mat work is conveniently portable since all you need is enough space to lie on the floor comfortably, stretched out in full length.
