Pilates of Athens is the only facility where you receive personalized training sessions on the pilates specialized equipment. Instructors are thoroughly trained and certified to teach both mat and equipment exercises. Prices are based on group size. Session are currently by appointment only.

Session Details

Sessions are 50-55 minutes
24-hour cancellation notice is required to ensure no charge
Wear comfortable clothing that is not too baggy, no shoes are needed for Pilates
